Finding the time and place to complete an arm and abs workout isn't always simple.
This is because for many workouts it requires plenty of space and a few weights too.
But Kayla Itsines has shared a simple workout which you can do anywhere you want.
The Australian personal trainer posted the 15-minute circuit on her Instagram account where she has over 12.6 million followers.
Her post read: "15 MINUTE ARMS AND ABS. Hands up if you love quick workouts?
"Here's a 15-minute arms and abs workout that you can do anywhere!
"All you need is a spare 15 minutes and space for a mat and towel Let's go!"

- Side Plank & Hip Lift: 24 reps (12 per side)
- Shoulder Taps: 24 reps (12 per side)
- Plank Dip: 24 reps (12 per side)
- Side-to-Side Half Burpees: 12 reps (6 per side)
- Bent-Leg Jackknife: 12 reps
In the Instagram clip, the mum-of-one can be seen demonstrating the simple circuit to her BBG community.
Since she shared it four days ago, fans on her social media account were left inspired by the workout.
One said: "Beast mode."
