A personal trainer is so famous for his bum-building workouts that he’s been dubbed “The Booty King”.
Anthony Osorio, from California, US, can earn £15,000 in a single day by selling exercise plans and fitness bands.
He boasts 1.3 million followers on his @bootyking Instagram page, where he focuses 100% of his energy into helping women enhance their curves.
So what are his secrets to success?
According to the 30-year-old, there are simple steps you can take to build your glutes – from eating more protein to doing hip thrusts.
Here are his top five pieces of advice.
1. Consistency is key
Anthony said: "Being consistent is the most important to reaching your goals.
"This goes for everything in life, but especially in fitness.
“If you’re not consistent, don’t be surprised when you aren’t seeing the results you want to see – so consistency is something I preach a lot!”
2. Add more protein into your diet
The personal trainer revealed: "Drinking two protein shakes a day is something I also recommend.
"Protein is an important macronutrient your body needs to build muscle.
“Your booty is a muscle, so protein is important to see growth in that area.”
3. Try hip thrusts
To do this exercise, lie flat on the floor or on a bench.
Bend your knees to around 90 degrees and place your arms at either side of your body for stability.
Engaging your core and squeezing in your glutes, you should then lift up your hips and hold your body there for a second or two, before repeating.
Anthony added: "Hip thrusts are the absolute best workout you can do for your booty.
“If there was only one exercise you can do, and you wanted to grow your booty, hip thrusts are it.
"Now, the last thing you want is for your legs and butt to not match, so doing lunges will definitely help form a better looking lower body along with your glutes."
4. Lift weights
If you’re used to sticking to cardio only, listen up.
Weight lifting is one of the best ways to build muscle so you should consider adding these sessions into your gym routine.
Anthony explained: "Lifting weights and pushing yourself is something a lot of people aren’t comfortable with.
"But it’s necessary if you want to achieve your fitness goals.
“If you want to achieve your goals, you must get out of your comfort zone.”
5. Realise fitness is a lifestyle
By being consistent with your goals, you can make fitness a way of life.
Anthony added: "Last tip is enjoy the process.
"Make fitness a part of your lifestyle – make it a part of your daily routine.
"If it’s something you truly dread, then you definitely won’t reach your goals.
"However, if you fall in love with your workouts, and how you feel after you finish your workout, then you’re already half way there!"
