In recent months, we've seen some seriously sexy styles take to the fitness world.

Previously, a daring new look hit the scene which makes gym-goers look like they're completely naked.

The nude tones give an illusion that the person has forgotten to wear any bottoms to the gym.

And now an activewear brand claims to have seen a demand for a new style.

According to news.com.au, Contrology Active has caused a frenzy over a skin-tight bodysuit that features a cut-out.

Anna Tchakirian, 35, who owns the brand, says the piece was created back in November 2018 but now there's a huge demand.

She said: "People have a bit of a taboo with bodysuits as many of them feel they are too reminiscent of the 1980s Retro Days.

"So it took a bit of time and effort for us to show people to not be afraid and that a bodysuit can look elevated and modern."

The one-piece is designed to be functional for workouts, like pilates, as it offers support around the boob area.

Anna says the cut-out style is to show off the most "flattering" part of your body and "compliment the female form".

And since everyone's been loving the reaction by flaunting their hot bods in the ab-flashing design.

One fan wrote: "This activewear makes me the happiest."

Another added: "Obsessed with this bodysuit."

It comes after a powerlifter was told to leave the gym during a workout for "showing too much skin".

Gabi Goddard claims she was approached by a staff member who asked her to change her clothes.

The 27-year-old was told a school teacher complained about the gym gear while they were overseeing a class of teenagers.

They were concerned that about "the children seeing so much skin".
