Buckingham Palace has stamped out rumours Meghan Markle is set to star in a Netflix show about her royal wedding.
The American actress, who married Prince Harry in May 2018 in a £32m tv extravaganza wedding, was rumoured to star in the Netflix series 'I Do, Redo' as a guest.
The show, which looks at when wedding days become disasters, is hosted by Meghan's longtime friend, the stylist Jessica Mulroney.
Meghan's rumoured guest-spot emerged from a report in the New York Post. A source told the paper Meghan's involvement would be “sporadic" but they refused to reveal if she would be paid.
Yet despite the rumour-mill going into overdrive about Meghan's involvement in the show on Friday, Buckingham Palace denied the reports.
If it is true it would be the first time the Duchess has gone on telly since she and Harry stepped back as senior members of the royal family to pursue their own projects.
The Sussexes dropped the bombshell statement about their departure at the beginning of January, expressing their desire to become financially independent.
The 10-part series “revisits first-time wedding disasters before re-making the wedding dreams of 10 devoted couples.
Meghan first the show's host Mulroney, who is married to the son of former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, during her time filming hit series Suits in Toronto.
The stylist was Meghan’s maid of honour during her wedding to Harry in Windsor in 2018.
She regularly posts outtakes from the show on her Instagram account as she travels across the globe putting right wedding disasters to make couple's dreams come true.
As well as rumours surrounding the Netflix show Meghan has also signed a deal with Disney to do voice-over work in exchange for a charity donation to an elephant charity.
Meghan was previously married to US movie producer Trevor Engelson before she married Prince Harry at Windsor Castle in May 2018.
