The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared the details in an interview with the Evening Standard from their Montecito home in Santa Barbara, California, US.
Meghan, sitting on a sofa next to Harry in what appears to be a living room, smiles at the camera and says: "We are doing well.
"We are very lucky with our little one. He is just so busy, he is all over the place.
"He keeps us on our toes. We are just so lucky."
Harry interrupts for a second and adds: "He is so good."
The 36-year-old royal previously mentioned that Archie is their "number one priority". He also revealed that they have been able to spend some time playing outdoors.
Harry told the St. Helens Women’s Super League players in a video chat: "What I need is a few mini rugby balls that I can then get Archie involved with the game, because at the moment it's impossible to find any.
"I've got a little space outside, which I'm fortunate enough to have so I need to get him playing some Rugby League."
He continued: "Our little man is our number one priority. But our work after that is the second priority and we’re just trying to do everything we can to do our part to make the world a better place."
Earlier when the couple made an appearance at Fortune Magazine's Most Powerful Women virtual summit, Meghan also mentioned that they have been enjoying the time at home with 17-month-old Archie.
"For me, it’s been amazing to spend time with my husband and watch our little one grow and that’s where our attention has been," she added.
