The brother of a West End actor and his friend have been named as the victims of a bloody "gangland-style" execution in the West Midlands.
Will Henry, 31, and Brian McIntosh, 29, were found shot dead in a Range Rover on an industrial estate in Brierley Hill near Dudley on Wednesday afternoon.
Matt Henry, 41, who stars in the hit play Kinky Boots, is said to be devastated by the death of his younger brother.
He has been taken to a police station in the West Midlands for questioning.
Police believe the pair were killed two hours before their bodies were found.
Horrified locals say the gunman may have jumped onto nearby disused railway tracks before fleeing down a residential street.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene at around 3.30pm.
A post mortem examination is scheduled to take place later today.
Police have cordoned off the scene while they hunt for evidence.
Detective Chief Inspector Jim Munro, from West Midlands Police's Homicide Unit, said: "This is a fast-moving investigation, a real team effort involving officers who've worked around the clock since the discovery of the bodies to trace the person we believe is responsible.
"The arrest is a significant development but our enquiries continue and I would appeal to anyone with information about what's happened or anyone who was in the area at the time and saw or heard anything suspicious, to get in touch."
Anyone with information is asked to contact police via Live Chat at their website or call 101 quoting log 3204 from September 30.
Alternatively, the public can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) said they were called to the scene at 3.30pm and sent one ambulance and two paramedic officers to the shooting.
A WMAS spokesman said: "On arrival, crews discovered two male patients, both of whom were inside a car, it is believed they had been there for some time.
"Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent nothing could be done to save either of them and they were confirmed dead at the scene."
