In tweets posted on Tuesday, Stormy hit back at the First Lady after the tapes were released on Monday.
As the US presidential election draws closer, the row has escalated between Melania and the adult actress.
Taking to Twitter, she wrote: "Hahaha! Although I wasn't paid for sex and therefore technically not a 'hooker' I'll take being that over what you are any day.
"You sold your p***y AND your soul... Keep talking about me. I like your new t*ts btw. Post (more) nudes? #bebest lol."
Melania slammed Stormy for being a 'prostitute' after she found out that she would be having a Vogue photoshoot in 2018.
The adult actress then hit out at Melania's immigration status along with a damning verdict on her reasons for being with Donald Trump.
Daniels also appeared to mock Melania's steamy shoots from her modelling days in the shocking Twitter blast.
Including the "be best" hashtag seems a thinly-veiled jibe at Melania's campaign to improve the lives of children in the United States.
Stormy, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was the subject of tapes of a private conversation Melania had with her former best friend and advisor, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff.
The recording is from July 2018 and it has the moment FLOTUS finds out adult actress Stormy Daniels will be in an issue of Vogue.
Melania shares her dismay with Wolkoff, saying: "It’s the porn hooker. Annie Leibovitz shot the porn hooker, and she’ll be in one of the issues."
Stormy famously signed a non-disclosure agreement before the United States presidential election in 2016, after it was alleged she had an affair with Donald Trump in 2006.
Wolkoff is appearing in the latest episode of the president's former lawyer Michael Cohen's podcast, Mea Culpa, in which she has shared the explosive conversation.
She claims Melania was 'in a state of disbelief' as she hadn't been offered a Vogue cover since Trump became president and hadn't adorned the magazine's front since appearing in her wedding dress in 2005.
Daniels appeared in the August 2018 issue of Vogue, alongside her lawyer Michael Avenatti.
Melania can be heard saying on the bombshell tape: "If you Google, go Google and read it Annie Leibovitz shot the porn hooker, as she will be in one of the issues, September or October."
Wolkoff asks Melania: "What do you mean, she shot the 'porn hooker?'"
The First Lady replies: "Stormy".
Wolkoff, who wrote the tell-all book, Melania and Me, then exclaims: "Shut the f*** up."
Melania continues: "Oh you didn't read it... It was yesterday it came out. For Vogue. She will be in Vogue. Annie Leibowitz shot her."
