Shoppers can now pick up Nectar points when they spend in store or online at Argos.
Nectar customers could earn 1 point for every £1 spent now at the retailer.
But between September 18-28, cardholders will earn 2 points for every £1 spent.
This is the first time Nectar cardholders can earn points at Argos, although they can already be redeemed there.
To earn points online, customers will need to link their Nectar card and Argos account.
It can be done either through the website or app.

James Moir, the managing director of Nectar, said: "We're constantly looking for new ways to reward our customers, so we are very excited to offer a new way for shoppers to get the most out of their Nectar points with one of the nation's most loved brands.
"The Nectar app is a one stop virtual shop to make points work harder and we hope that with this new offer, our customers can kick start their early Christmas shopping and get more from their purchases at Argos."
Earning points on your Nectar card will help you buy Christmas presents on a budget.
Previously, a new scheme means Sainsbury's Nectar cardholders could earn extra points.
The Great Bit Fruit & Veg Challenge launched on September 7 and will run until October 4.
It will create targets for shoppers based on how much fruit and vegetables they already purchase.
And it'll mean customers only need to buy a little more in order to benefit.
