A DIY fan and her family have given their bathroom a stunning DIY transformation using buys from Amazon, Easy and Victoria Plumbing.
Sam Llanwarne, 26, an administrator and her partner Kieron, 30, a forklift driver, ripped out the pink bathroom suite in their home.
The couple posted their modern new loo on a popular DIY Facebook page.
Sam captioned the post: “We really wanted to share our bathroom transformation, it is everything we had visioned and no we do not miss the pink bathroom!
“We moved into our bungalow in May this year."

She continued: “It was never our intention to renovate the bathroom first but with the shower not working and washing my hair with a jug every time, we decided to prioritise this room!
“For all the hard work that went into this transformation we are well and truly over the moon with the result, its amazing what you can save by doing the work yourself (apart from the plastering, plumbing and electrics, we left them to the professionals) .”
Sam and Kieron, from Bierton in Buckinghamshire, bought the new sink, bath, shower tray, tap and toilet, plus the shower enclosure from Victoria Plumbing.
Their gorgeous metro tiles came from Tile Direct and the shelving from Etsy.
They picked up the wall art from Desenio and the bath tray from Amazon.
Meanwhile, their pretty plants game from The Leaf Den.
Sam told Daily Star Online: “Kieron and I did all of the tiling, grouting, painting and blinds.
“My dad, who’s 60, helped with the tile cutting, and Kieron’s best friend, Kieron Long, did all the plumbing.
“Our brother-in-law Stefan, 25, did all the electrics and another friend, Shane, 35, did the plastering.”
We’re obsessed with the modern his-and-hers sink, the cool shower doors and the stylish accessories – and the couple loves it too.
Sam added: “We are honestly so happy with the outcome, our vision came to life and we now have our dream bathroom.”
However, it wasn’t all easy going to get the room to where they wanted it to be.
Posting on their Instagram page, @renovatingwiththerogers, the couple said: “The peach bathroom tiles are gone.
“We were a little surprised to find out they had been tiled straight onto the plasterboard rather than plaster which made this a much more difficult job than anticipated, the removal of tiles has left us with holey walls.”
So the pair decided to replanted the whole room as the old boards were not salvageable.
The pair also came across an old leak in the shower which had caused water damage.
They said: ”We are well aware that these issues are all part and parcel of renovating properties,.
“Our last renovation was full of asbestos and bodge jobs so it wouldn't be tradition to have an ‘easy’ project – if they even exist!”
Luckily, the couple managed to sort the issues and now adore their new bathroom.
It took them four months to complete, as they had to stop during the summer for a while, and cost around £3,000 in total.
Sam added: “With this now been our favourite room in the bungalow, we cant help but wonder if its okay to eat and sleep here?”
And, Facebook users were clearly blown away by the project – the post racked up an enormous 2.5k likes and nearly 500 comments.
One person said: “Somehow you've made your bathroom look twice the size it was!
“It’s so beautiful, I need this in my life,” added a second.
While a third commented: “What you have done is gorgeous and an inspiration to the rest of us!”
Many others said the result was “absolutely stunning”, “beautiful” and “amazing”.
What an incredible transformation!
