KitKat has released two new flavours in the UK.

Brits can now get hold of honeycomb and chocolate hazelnut bars.

You can get nine of the sweet treats in a multipack, which will retail for around £1.99.

Or head to B&M today to buy six-packs of the honeycomb KitKats for a quid.

The new chocolate is available tomorrow (October 16) in Sainsbury’s – and you can get it in store or online.

Alternatively, Asda shoppers can pick the bars up from November.

Honeycomb KitKat, anyone?

The new products will replace the cookies & cream and lemon drizzle KitKats that launched in 2018.

Amy Bennett-Inge, assistant brand manager for KitKat, said: "We’ve experienced huge demand for our two-finger KitKats this year and we know that fans love to try new flavours from the brand.

"We think our honeycomb and chocolate hazelnut spread varieties really hit the spot, and we’re sure they’ll become popular new additions to the range."

In other news, an expert recently revealed we've been eating chocolate wrong.

Sarah Hartnett, who works as a pastry and chocolate consultant, recommends sniffing choccy before putting it on your tongue.

She told FEMAIL : “Chocolate is a multi-sensorial experience and smell accounts for approximately 80% of our taste.

“Smelling the chocolate also gets our senses ready for taste and makes our mouths water. “

Sarah added: “Looking at it, seeing the shine when it's well tempered, smelling it, listening to the snap sound when you break the chocolate, these are all ways to enjoy chocolate and build anticipation for taste.”

This isn’t the only way to take chocolate tasting to the next level.

The expert says you should always let the choccy melt on your tongue.

As the products melt at body temperature, its best to savour them in your mouth before gobbling them up.

This provides you with true taste of chocolate – and allows you to enjoy the sensations for even longer.
