And, it’s not where you might think…
Tattoo artist, Marcelo de Souza Ribeiro, 38, from Bocaiúva, Brazil, is a dad-of-two who is 98% covered in body art.
He got his first ever tattoo when he was just 15 and over the years has added hundreds more.
Marcelo has also had multiple body modification procedures such as subnormal implants, a split tongue, fanged teeth and many piercings.

But, despite his immense tolerance for pain, the dad claims there is one tattoo which drove him to the edge.
Many assume that it’s Marcelo’s eyeballs which hurt the most – he had his eyes coloured in eight years ago, risking blindness, infection, sensitivity to light and loss of the eye.
But, in fact, it’s his ears which top the list.
One of the dad’s ears is tattooed green and the other black.
Marcelo said: “At the time I had it done, it did not hurt because of the anaesthesia but as soon as the anaesthesia wore off, it burned for a few days.
“I have over a thousand tattoos on my body and roughly 98% of my body is tattooed.
“The fanged teeth are nickel and cost around £2,014. I got them because I like vampires."
The artist, who is father to son, Aleff, eight, and daughter, Hilary, 18, and grandfather to two-year-old Miguel, estimates he’s spent around £4,300 on his body work.
He shares one inking with Mexican comedian Chespirito, of whom he’s a big fan.
Marcelo’s family and mates have got used to his look, but he gets a lot of attention when out in public.
He explained: “I always get attention wherever I go and people are always curious to know if they are real.
"They take photos and make videos of me.
“People are delighted and surprised to see so many tattoos.”
Marcelo added: “I have always liked to participate in everything that involved art since childhood.
“I think it encouraged me to be what I am now. I didn't create my appearance with the idea of looking like someone else.”
So what’s the extreme body mod fan doing next?
Having the inside of his lips tattooed, of course…
