Millie Radford went into labour this week – and she’s since welcomed baby Ophelia into the world.
A vlog posted to YouTube shows the moment the 19-year-old started having contractions.
When it was time to go to the hospital, her mum Sue made an amusing admission.
The 45-year-old is matriarch of Britain’s biggest family so knows what labour is like very well.
She has 22 kids, which is probably why she’s relieved that she wasn’t the one giving birth again.
In the YouTube video, Sue joked: “I’m more excited that I’m not the one doing it. No I am very excited – can’t wait!”
The birth was announced on Instagram on Saturday with a sweet picture of the newborn.
Millie wrote: "The biggest chapter of our lives has begun."
And the rest of the massive Radford family appear to be over-the-moon at the sweet news.
The teen's sister Sophie replied to the announcement on Instagram with the comment: "I love you so much my beautiful niece. So proud of you Millie."
Brother Luke wrote: "You've never been more ready Mil."
Meanwhile, sister Chloe wrote: "So happy and so bloody proud of you Mil."
The photo has also been liked by sisters Katie and Chloe, as well as by the main Radford family Instagram account.
Little Ophelia appears to be have been born on Thursday, with Sophie posting a photo on her own Instagram account with the caption: "You are the most beautiful little blessing."
Millie will have plenty of support as she's got a big family to look out for her.
Her parents, Noel and Sue Radford, have 21 other children.
This includes a five-month-old baby called Heidie, who will grow up alongside Millie's daughter Ophelia.
