Are your oven wire racks looking a little grubby?
Worry not – there’s a super easy way to get them sparkling again.
On Instagram, a mum shared how she budges burnt residue by using a household product.
Abi, who shares cleaning hacks with her 28,800 followers on Instagram, said fabric softener does the trick.
All you need to do is fill your sink with hot water and a few drops of the laundry product, before popping your wire racks in.
After soaking the oven essentials in the tub, the dirt should come away much more easily.
Abi shared a picture of the water bath working its magic.
She captioned the image: “Soaking the racks in hot water and fabric softener in the bath to release all the grime stuck to the racks.”
Once you’ve given the wires enough time to soak, take them out any wipe away any residue with a cloth.
As you can see, the simple tip worked wonders on the mum’s kitchen appliances.
In a before snap, the oven racks were coated in brown and black mater.
But after, there were barely any marks left on them.
So will you be giving it a go?
