A cat lover rescued a stray who they found wandering around a petrol station.

The scared moggy looked at them with its wide eyes, which convinced them to take him home.

Thankfully, the feline looks a lot less frightened now.

Its new owner snapped a picture of the cat settling into its new home.

The adorable pet stretches out on the bed and looks really comfortable as he takes a nap.

His rescuer shared the transformation snaps on Reddit, where they garnered more than 750 upvotes.

And the anonymous cat lover replied: “That’s what I’ve been saying this whole time.

“He’s such a good boy.”

The Redditor says he plans to get the cat checked over for any health issues.
