Nicki Minaj has given birth to her first child with her husband Kenneth Petty.
The 37-year-old rapper rushed to social media to reveal the news that she is now a mother after giving birth to her first child.
Sharing the news, she shared a glimpse into her new family life but has kept the baby's name and gender a secret for now.
American publication TMZ reported that sources say Nicki gave birth on Wednesday where she is currently residing in Los Angeles, USA.
Nicki, who is famous for raps such as Anaconda, revealed her pregnancy to the world back in August in true Nicki style.
She revealed the news by sharing a number of extravagant photographs of her blossoming baby bump which were clearly taken professionally.
At the time, she took to her official Instagram account to share the snaps with her 123million followers.
She donned a stunning yellow wig, styled in fluffy curls, for the snaps and went all out with her cute and glittery outfits.
Nicki cradled her bump as she donned an eye-catching floral bikini and a colourful wig.
The hitmaker – whose real name is Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty - ensured she caused chaos with the post as she simply captioned it: "Preggers."
Another caption read: "Love. Marriage. Baby carriage. Overflowing with excitement and gratitude. Thank you all for the well wishes."
The singer welcomed the tot with her husband Kenneth – who she wed last year.
The Super Bass rapper and her beau, who has been convicted of manslaughter and registered as a sex offender, tied the knot less than a year after their romance began.
Nicki has long referred to Kenneth as her "husband", but she announced in October 2019 that it was finally official after she told the world she had changed her name.
