The star, who went on to be crowned Queen of the Castle as millions voted for her to win the ITV show tonight, told her pals around the fire how the reality show cut her from a scene after it take her ages to build the courage to film it.
After watching her brother Mario Falcone on The Only Way Is Essex for years, the podcast star decided to finally give it ago herself after admitting to be scared to do so.
But Giovanna said despite her overcoming her fear, in the end she was cut from the scene.
Giovanni, who is married to McFly's frontman Tom Fletcher and has children with him, said she was very hesitant to do it at first.
She explained to her fellow campmates: "They talked me into being part of the scene.
"They really had to talk me into it. It was a massive thing for me to say I'll do it."
However, sadly the star was left gutted when it aired and she didn't appear on the screen alongside her brother.
She went on to joke: "And then I got cut. I was more upset about being cut. I am not Towie enough."
What made things even more in a kick in the teeth for that star was that her other sister, Giorgina, did go on to appear on the show.
Their brother Mario was seen in scenes turning to Giorgina for some advice on his relationship with ex Lucy Mecklenburgh back in 2012.
The pair were filmed laughing about their mum walking in on him having sex on his single bed.
Former EastEnders actor Shane Richie, who was listening to her story, revealed that he had experienced something very similar.
He said: "It happens to all of us. I've done stuff in the past when I thought, hey, I'm in this movie, and I've watched it and I'm not in it and they've cut me.
"I got turned down this year by Mr Tumble. So, we're all out of work, my manager rings up and says I've put you up for this part, they're making this movie before they go into lockdown and they want you to play a cheeky copper.
"No. Don't want him. Didn't even get back to me.
"I've starred with Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, and I'm thinking yeah I'm ready for Mr Tumble and no. Even Mr Tumble didn't want to work with me."
