The strange music video for Kanye's 2017 track Feel Me featuring Kylie's ex, Tyga, was filmed three years ago when the beauty mogul was dating the rapper.
Kylie and ex-beau Tyga were in an on-and-off relationship for several years before finally calling it a day back in April 2017.
It appears that the video was shot just before the pair drew a line under their romance.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kylie looked every inch the goddess in the clip, donning a white thong, white crop top and a pair of killer glass-style heels.
Ditching her signature raven locks, Kylie can be seen sporting a platinum blonde pixie cut.
The bizarre three-and-a-half-minute footage was shared on Instagram and YouTube by creative director Eli Russell Linnetz.
He said: "I directed this three years ago. No one's ever seen it before."
Speaking to E! News, Eli - who directed Kanye's Famous music video - said that "few will understand" the reasoning behind the shocking choice of imagery.
"It features Kylie coming out of Kim's vagina," he said.
"The metaphorical meaning being that there would be no Kylie without Kim."
He went on to add: "It's the visual smashing of American iconography, man-made machinery battling man-made women, a battle of machines set in a futuristic mysterious magic arena."
Eli revealed that the video which cost almost $1 million to produce was shot over five months, before confirming: "[it] was never released because Kylie and Tyga broke up."
Trainee lawyer, Kim, 39, can be seen parading her famous figure in a tiny bra and barely-there g-string while rocking shoulder-length peroxide blonde locks.
The star, who once vowed to never dance in public after the late singer Prince booted her off stage, can be seen squatting before tugging at her skimpy underwear.
Closing the production, a huge Kim is seen lying on her back, in the birthing position while sporting angel wings.
Shockingly, her legs are sprawled open before an almost naked Kylie emerges from her vagina.
Neither Kim, Kanye or Kylie have yet addressed the video hitting the internet.
