Louise Thompson has shown off her chiseled body after the Made In Chelsea star signed up to a 90-day Octagon challenge.
The 30-year-old took part in the gruelling fitness regime, and posted a before and after shot, with the muscled-toned babe likening herself to 90s bodybuilder icon Arnie Schwarzenegger.
Stripping down to a black sports bra and high-cut thong, the reality star beamed for the camera as she showed off her svelte midriff.
Discussing her new healthy regime with her 1.1million followers, she revealed she's feeling stronger and her desire to undertake the challenge was to get "back into a better routine with exercise".
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, she wrote: "My mission when I started the 90-day challenge at the beginning of 2020 was to get stronger and by George did I achieve that.
"I can't stop laughing when I look at these pictures - I think it's because I have really piled on the muscle... I look like freaking Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"I guess that's mission accomplished, the last 12 1/2 weeks have been a resounding success and the best part is that i'm not alone... I have lots of other women to celebrate with! The only downside is that we're already starting to miss it!
While Louise admitted she was "already in pretty decent shape at the beginning of the year" she was spurred on by a desire to "achieve something greater".
She added: "It's not just the physical gains, but I feel a lot happier in myself and I think that translates into other areas of my life.
"I was in a bit of a funk at the end of 2019 (Ryan will tell you) and I think a lot of that was down to lacking perspective, purpose, and structure.
"There are quite a few changes that I'm making in 2020 and they're not all to do with exercise but the 90-day challenge has definitely given me a big sense of achievement and added something positive to my day."
And with Louise happy with her trimmer frame, she also urged others to take part in the Octagon fitness challenge.
The package, costing £129, includes access to a full plan, including four live workouts a week, weekly mindset videos and 30-day meal plan templates.
