Naya Rivera's ex-husband has treated fans to an adorable snap of their son, Josey, five, after he underwent a drastic makeover.

Josey opted to rock a buzz cut in Ryan's second social media post since the death of his ex-wife, Naya, in July this year.

The youngster moved in with dad Ryan shortly after Naya was reported missing after vanishing during a day out with the tot on Like Piru in California.

Naya's sister, Nickayla, also moved in with the pair after Josey insisted on living with her forever.

Taking to his Instagram account, Ryan, 37, shared a picture collage of Josey was smiling from ear-to-ear as he posed for the snaps.

The youngster modelled his buzzcut while accessorising with a pair of oversized sunglasses to block out the Californian rays and a batman face mask in one snap.

While a second showed him beaming with happiness as she showed off his pearly white teeth.

Captioning his post, Ryan penned: "Wanted a cut like his boy Hunter.

"Oceans 12 meets C-Mac. Happy Sunday."

Naya and Ryan were married for four years

The snap which has been liked almost 39,000 times was instantly inundated with support from thousands of Ryan and Naya's fans.

One fan commented: "He's adorable, stay strong you're a great father."

While a second went on to say: "He looks so grown up."

"Happy Sunday, Ryan! He's adorable with his new haircut," said a third.

Naya's cause of death was ruled as accidental drowning

A fourth noticing the similarities between Naya and Josey gushed: "Naya's twin," alongside a red heart emoji.

Ryan has previously addressed speculation about Naya's sister moving in with him and his son, saying he wouldn't deny Josey his request.

"Josey asks me if Titi can live with us. 'I want Titi to live with us forever,' because she's now the closest thing he has to a mom.

"You're going to need all the help you can get as a single parent trying to build your career and navigate this disaster with your child," he explained.

Addressing Naya's death, he said that Josey had "witnessed a nightmare right before his eyes," after his mum vanished age 33.
