The Harry Potter author, who has offended with her views of trans women recently, is set to release a new book which reportedly tells the story of a cisgender male – a man who identifies as a man – who dresses as a woman in order to kill women.
Jedward, who have become social media activists in recent months, gaining legions of new fans, first suggested to fans they should "get all cosy" with Rowling's book.
They wrote to their 615,300 followers: "Does anyone need firewood this winter? JK's new book is perfect to burn next to a romantic fire. Aww get all cosy and comfy, can't wait."
Piers responded, writing to his 7.6million fans: "If we're going to start burning things – which we shouldn't – I'd rather start with your entire musical back catalogue. FYI."
Twins John and Edward replied: "It's a joke Piers, you know like you're [sic] life. Lol.
"Supporting a book about a serial killer man who dresses as a woman to kill his victims that's being released when trans people are actually being targeted and killed isn't a good look, even for you."
However Piers wasn't done, as he hit back: "A) It's 'your'. B) I really wouldn't be mocking others for having a joke life. C) I haven't read the book, and nor have you."
Former Celebrity Big Brother stars Jedward said: "Piers thank you for your English lesson A+ for grammar but you get a D for being a d***. Happy to hear you have our entire music back catalogue!"
But Piers went on to brand them "ridiculous" as he said: "You haven't read the book have you... so you called for it to be burned without even reading it. Ridiculous."
Jedward replied: "Piers! What's ridiculous is you fighting JK Rowling's battles when she needs to re-evaluate her actions and be aware of the consequences and damage her fictional book is inflicting on the transgender community."
Piers retorted: "I don't even like JK Rowling. I just find you clowns demanding her book be burned when you haven't even read it pathetic."
Getting in the last laugh, John and Edward told Piers: "You've been kissing Donald Trump's a** for years, now that's pathetic. You look like the clown. You don't even like JK Rowling and here you are attention seeking!"
Proving that they meant only good with their words, Jedward also tweeted: "Trans rights are human rights.
"Understanding is the first step to acceptance JK Rowling and only with acceptance can there be recovery.
"It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be!
"Every human life is worth the same, and worth saving."
No doubt Piers will have plenty to say on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday.
