The 44-year-old journalist and novelist spoke to Heart Radio presenter Amanda, 49, about women's anatomy, bikini selfies and Ofcom complaints in an interview for the Telegraph's Stella magazine.
Talk seemingly turned to nipples during their chat, as Celia shared some details of what happened behind the scenes of the juicy interview.
Morgan's wife posted a snap of the cover to her Instagram page and told her followers how it was interviewing one of her close friends.
Amanda looked sensational on the cover, the bombshell wearing a gorgeous skintight red dress and stylish blue boots.
Her hair was styled in gorgeous waves and her luscious locks tumbled down to her shoulders.
Celia shared the post with her 22,600 followers on Instagram, captioning the cover snap: "Never easy interviewing a friend – particularly one who snorts with laughter at your attempts to remain professional and morphs into Kenneth Williams at every double entendre.
"But if it weren't for Mandy and the anatomy class she decided to give me on "where a normal human female nipple should be found" I might still think, like most Ofcom complainants, that we have a third bang in the middle of our cleavages."
Celia finished her statement with an array of hashtags including "nipple confusion" and "Songs From My Heart".
Her followers rushed to leave a comment on her social media post, thrilled at the news of Mandy's new interview.
One said: "Love Amanda. Must read this. Her sense of humour is legendary."
While another wrote: "Fab!"
"It was so silly the way people reacted. Nipples aren't in your cleavage [laughing emoji] I love Amanda, proper mucky laugh and sense of humour. Love it and her," penned a third.
