Scott Disick has revealed he has been plagued by a secret health condition after feelings of exhaustion began to overtake his life.
Speaking on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the 37-year-old reality star explained doctors have discovered he has low testosterone levels.
Kourtney Kardashian 's ex Scott feared his years spent partying – about which he has spoken openly in the past – were to blame for the health scare.
The US entrepreneur, who split from his former girlfriend Sofia Richie earlier this year, confessed he struggled to play with his kids as his fatigue worsened.
In the episode, which was filmed in early 2020, he said: "Lately, I've just had no energy to do anything. I wake up and I'm just shot.
"I don't have the drive to get up and run around with my girlfriend and my kids.
"I just don't have the energy. I don't know if I'm getting old or I'm just not in great shape, but I just want to see if there's anything wrong with me."
Scott sought help from doctors in Los Angeles, who underwent a series of investigative blood tests to get to the root of the problem.
Medical professionals found Scott's testosterone levels were "clinically low," despite his giving up alcohol and leading a healthier lifestyle in recent years.
He said: "So obviously I don't drink anymore, but my body still has things in it, even from taking sleeping medications, doctor-prescribed medications.
"And then when I got my blood results in, my testosterone was so dramatically low, they were like, concerned how I even have the energy to get out of bed every day."
The dad-of-three, who shares children Mason, 10, Penelope, eight, and Reign, five, with ex-partner Kourtney, 41, reflected on the trials he put his body through over the years.
Scott, who tragically lost both of his parents seven years ago, was admitted to rehab in both 2015 and 2016 to deal with drug and alcohol problems.
Speaking about his health battle, Scott told Kris Jenner: "All of the beatings that my body took over the years of drinking and partying and running around, my body can't be perfect."
Relieved to hear Scott was receiving medical aid, momager Kris replied: "We want you to be happy and healthy, that's all. All of us."
