Family Fortunes star Vernon revealed he lost two-and-a-half stone while he was living at Gwrych castle in Wales for the ITV programme.
He came in third place on the show, with Jordan North coming in second and Giovanna Fletcher being crowned Queen of the castle.
Tess took to her Instagram stories to show her followers the nutritious meal she'd made for Vernon late at night.
She shared a snap of some chicken soup and bread with her 695k followers.
The model wrote alongside the photograph: "Chicken soup at bedtime... feeding him up".
Vernon revealed he lost over two stone during his 19 days at the castle, and he felt "drained" after taking part.
He said: "We were eating nothing but rice and beans. For the first two meals you're like, 'Yeah, we can do this', then you realise every meal is bloody rice and beans. It's awful. You're so drained.
"The medic weighed us after the show and I've lost just over two and a half stone, and I haven't got two and a half stone to lose. So you're physically drained, you're emotionally drained because you're missing your family."
Tess was thrilled to have her hubby back home, and she posted a loved-up snap on Instagram to celebrate his return.
Alongside a picture of her with Vernon, she wrote: "After almost 5 weeks away (2 and a half in isolation before going into the Castle) it’s so good to have him home. Now it's time to get that Christmas tree up."
Fans rushed to leave a comment, showering the couple with compliments and love.
One said: "Aw you two!", with two heart emojis.
While another wrote: "Congratulations Vernon you were great".
"Gorgeous couple. Nice to see you together again", penned a third.
