Arsenal look set to finally offload Matteo Guendouzi as the midfielder closes in on a transfer deadline day loan move to Hertha Berlin.
Guendouzi has been frozen out by manager Mikel Arteta since the midfielder clashed with Neal Maupay during the 2-1 defeat to Brighton back in June.
The Gunners have been keen to offload the 21-year-old - who they value at around £30million - in hopes of raising funds to sign midfielders Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar.
However, potential moves to Marseille, Villarreal and Roma all fell through, leaving Arsenal unable to put bids together for their two top targets.
However, it looks like Guendouzi is finally on his way out of the Emirates - albeit on a season-long loan to Hertha Berlin.
The German club finished 13th in the Bundesliga last season and are desperate for improvements ahead of the transfer window closing at 11pm on Monday.
Guendouzi, signed from Lorient for £7m, has not played for Arsenal at all this season having fallen out of favour under Arteta.
Arsenal are also hoping to offload Lucas Torreira and Sead Kolasinac on the final day of the transfer window.
Torreira has completed a medical ahead of a loan move to Atletico Madrid, but the La Liga club want to get Hector Herrera off their own wage bill before completing a move for the Uruguayan midfielder.

Kolasinac is in talks with a Bayer Leverkusen over a potential £10m move, with the left-back having slipped down the pecking order at the Emirates.
However, the sale of the Bosnian defender will be too little, too late to salvage hopes of signing either Aouar or Partey.
Lyon slapped a £54million price tag on attacking midfielder Aouar and set Arsenal a deadline of Friday to get a deal done for the France under-21 international.
And Atletico Madrid have insisted that Partey's £45m release clause must be met before they would sell the Ghana midfielder.
