Arteta explained that his team were now fired up to continue building on their momentum in the European campaign.
And images from the Emirates Stadium have shown how Arsenal are using every minute they can to be prepared.
The Gunners boss stayed on the pitched with Cedric Soares, Bukayo Saka, Kieran Tierney and Mohamed Elneny, who all came off the bench in the Molde win.
Arsenal’s first two substitutes came on with half an hour to go while the other two had 10 minutes on the pitch.
And Arteta sent them back out onto the pitch to run some intense training drills, appearing to practice passing and running between two obstacles.
This was shared on Twitter, where the Gunners faithful were delighted to see their players hard at work.
“Elite mentality - you love to see it,” one supporter said.
Another commented: “Elneny will be there until 3am doing laps!”
While a third wrote: “Absolutely love this – what a mentality.”
And a fourth simply added: “We mean business.”
Arsenal went behind to start with at the Emirates Stadium as Martin Ellingsen curled an effort into the net from 25 yards.
But two own goals from Kristoffer Haugen and Sheriff Sinyan either side of half time put Arteta’s side back on top.
Saka’s impact gave Nicolas Pepe a goal on a plate while Joe Willock finished with a slick effort to see out the game.
The Englishman’s strike is his second of the season – and the Gunners boss has been urged to “make use” of the midfielder.
