That is the verdict from USA manager Gregg Berhalter, who also insists the 21-year-old has already proven himself a leader at the Blues.
Pulisic joined Chelsea last January but was loaned back to Borussia Dortmund as part of the deal.
It meant the USA international did not have a proper impact until the next season.
But he has taken his opportunity with both hands and put in a number of stellar displays towards the end of the campaign.
Injuries stunted his initial development but his performances have earned him the highest plaudits.
And USMNT coach Berhalter reckons the youngster can go to the very top with Spain's biggest clubs.
"At 21, he is a leader at Chelsea," he told Sport Bild.
"It doesn't happen that often that a Bundesliga player moves to England and immediately convinces there.
"He quickly got used to the speed and the more physical style of playing in England.
"He is a role model for other U.S. players in the Bundesliga whose goal is the Premier League.
"Christian is perfect for Chelsea. All dangerous attacking plays go through him, he shines as a goal scorer and provides assists.
"If he can keep this level, he can play for the world's biggest clubs like Bayern Munich, Barcelona or Real Madrid."
That will not be music to Frank Lampard's ears, who believes the American is already a big-game player at Stamford Bridge.
He said in July: "He has had that impact. I was here for Eden’s first year and it is not easy coming to the Premier League, and for Eden in that first year it was adapting to the Premier League.
"Christian has had his moments of that but mid-season he had a really good patch and then since restart he has been in incredible form.
"Only the injury he picked up in the Norwich game has kept him out of the semi-final when he’s flying.
