In one clip, posted to Xhaka’s story, he his seen dancing with a rare white lion with the beast in a playful mode.
In follow up pics, Xhaka is feeding giraffes, holding a lion cub and also handing out food to lemur, perched on his knee.
Xhaka has headed on his travels having turned his Arsenal career around in recent weeks.
The midfielder had been expected to leave the club after clashing with fans while being substituted against Crystal Palace.
But he has impressed under new boss Mikel Arteta with the Gunners having lost just once in the top-flight under the Spaniard.
And Arsenal hero Ian Wright has praised Arteta for the work he has done during his short spell at the Emirates.
“There has been a change in organisation, closing down, intensity with the guys,” Wright told BBC 5 Live.
“People like [Lucas] Torreira, Xhaka, he’s turned Xhaka right around. He’s got something out of [Shkodran] Mustafi – Mustafi played well against Burnley the other day.
“Things are happening, but it’s going to take its time.
“Unfortunately our defence was poor leading up to this and the defence is getting a little bit more solid, a couple of clean sheets, now we just need to convert the chances.
“I don’t think he’s totally happy with the defence, Pablo Mari has just come in, he might make a difference.
“[William] Saliba is going to come back from loan next season, you’re hoping that them two can make a difference.
“[Kieran] Tierney will be a major plus for us. [Cedric] Soares is a fantastic signing as back-up to Hector [Bellerin].”
