Liverpool fans were sent into meltdown as Virgil van Dijk gave an injury rehab update on Instagram.
The Dutchman has been out of action for the Reds since October after picking up an ACL tear in the Merseyside derby.
After undergoing a successful surgery within days of the match, the defender gave a first public appearance on Tuesday with a post on Instagram.
And Van Dijk shared even more positive updates on the social media channel today as he made a return to Melwood.
The defender can be seen smiling as he walks across the gym at the club’s new £50m Kirkby facility.

With a white bandage around the top of his left leg, another image shows the Dutchman putting light pressure on the knee.
He lifts two weighted wires above his head while a physic puts pressure on his core.
In another exercise, Van Dijk uses TRX cables to work on propulsion by putting all of his bodyweight on the injured leg.
And the last image shows the defender monitoring his progress as he jogs in a pool.

The images earned more than 500,000 likes within four hours of posting as the Anfield faithful expressed their delight at the injured star’s update.
“Oh hello! We’ve missed you, big man,” one supporter said.
Another commented: “Great to see you back! Keep working hard.”
While a third could not contain their emotions, with: “Tears in my eyes.”
And a fourth added: “Wow - you love to see this.”

A fifth made a cheeky request for the upcoming game against Wolves, with: “Sunday too soon? Maybe just the bench?”
With a final supporter simply saying: “That’s more like it!”
Van Dijk is one of 11 players on the injury bench for the Premier League champions, which saw Jurgen Klopp blast player welfare in his latest press conference.
And this was a issue the Reds manager brought up in his extraordinary rant live on BT Sport with Des Kelly.
