Jose Mourinho took to Instagram to order his Tottenham underperformers to be at training this morning at 11 am sharp.

It comes after a shock defeat in the Europa League at the hands of Belgian minnows Royal Antwerp.

The Pro League outfit inflicted a 1-0 result over Spurs courtesy of a first-half strike from Lior Refaelov.

Tottenham had no answer, despite Mourinho making four changes at half-time.

But in the second-half, the away side did not even muster a single shot on target.

The Special One was fuming with his squad, tearing into them in his press conference before turning to Instagram to deliver his latest orders.

In a post accompanied with a picture of himself looking distinctly solemn, he told his Tottenham flops to be in training for 11 am.

The caption read: "Bad perfomances deserve bad results. Hope everyone in this bus is as upset as I am. Tomorow 11 AM training."

In his press conference, Mourinho was even more scathing - revealing how the fringe players ultimately failed to make an impression.

"I would like to have made 11 changes at half-time," said Mourinho.

"We have a big squad with lots of good players.

"It's my responsibility to give them opportunities to play and catch the chance with both hands and be in condition to ask for more.

"And tonight my future choices are going to be very easy.

"Blame me because I am the boss and it is my responsibility who plays.

"But I have to admit that the game confirmed to me a few things, opened other question marks and will help me in the future with my decisions."

Tottenham will have the chance to redeem themselves when they face Brighton on Sunday night.

Despite throwing away a three-goal lead against West Ham, Spurs have been performing well in the Premier League and had started some talk as potential title winners.
