Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer admits he was somewhat disappointed by Bruno Fernandes' display in Manchester United 's win over Everton last weekend - despite the midfielder's Man-of-the-Match performance.
The Portuguese was the star of the show in United's crucial victory over the Toffees, which alleviated some of the mounting pressure on Solskjaer's shoulders.
Fernandes played a pivotal role in the Red Devils 3-1 triumph at Goodison Park, bagging a brace and providing an assist for new-boy Edinson Cavani.
The former Sporting Lisbon man's overall display against the Merseysiders thrilled Solskjaer, although the Norwegian was left frustrated by his positional awareness.
"Great performance," Solskjaer said of United's third win of the season during an interview with MUTV.
"Of course, leading the boys, there's desire and determination. He's everywhere on the pitch!
"Sometimes that frustrates me, because sometimes there's passes being played where he should have been and he's not there.

"But you know when you've got someone who drives them on like this, of course you're very happy.'
Fernandes' match-winning performance drew plaudits from United skipper Harry Maguire, who said: "Bruno was excellent today.
"He came under a little bit of stick on Wednesday night.
"But he's a big character, he's a big leader, and he's reacted brilliantly. And that's only what he does.
"He does his talking on the pitch and I'm delighted that he's got a couple of goals – or whatever you want to call it, a goal and an assist.
"But he was brilliant out there and helped us get the victory."
Fernandes and his Manchester United team-mates will be back in action a week on Saturday, welcoming West Brom to Old Trafford.
