The January transfer window is now open, with Premier League teams having until February 1st to get deals done.

Arsenal are set to be busy in the window, with Mikel Arteta set to bring in a new creative playmaker to replace Mesut Ozil.

Manchester United will likely be fairly quiet until the summer, while Manchester City have been tipped to bring in a new striker.

Teams are set to be quiet in the January window and focus on selling unwanted players, with Chelsea apparently set to trim their squad.

Daily Star Sport has collected the latest transfer rumours and given them a rating of how likely each deal is.

Eriksen to PSG

Christian Eriksen is set to leave Inter Milan in the January transfer window.

The Danish playmaker has failed to find his feet at the San Siro, and the club has already confirmed he will leave.

PSG are set to employ Mauricio Pochettino as their new manager in the coming days, with the former Tottenham boss reportedly interested in Eriksen.

A move to France would make sense for the playmaker, who played his best football under Pochettino.

Daily Star says: 9/10 - A logical next step for Eriksen.

Man Utd plot Sancho bid

Manchester United are set to reignite their interest in Jadon Sancho, despite spending last summer trying – and failing – to sign him.

The winger was valued at £108million by Borussia Dortmund last summer, a fee United failed to pay.

Since then, Sancho has struggled for form and has failed to score in the Bundesliga this season.

And according to 90min, United are planning to take advantage of his poor form and sign him on the cheap this year.

Daily Star says: 8/10 - United are in a good position to tempt him into a move.

Tottenham take strong stance over duo

Tottenham have decided they won’t let either Hugo Lloris or Dele Alli leave the club in January.

Both have been linked with moves to PSG in the last few days with Pochettino set to take over from Thomas Tuchel.

Alli has barely played this season after falling out of favour under Jose Mourinho, and had been tipped to reunite with his old boss.

However, Tottenham have apparently told him and Lloris that neither will be allowed to leave in January.

Daily Star says: 8/10 - Makes no sense for either to leave in January.

Isco wanted by Arsenal

Arsenal are reportedly eyeing up a move for Real Madrid playmaker Isco.

The Spaniard has lost the faith of Zinedine Zidane and has been given the go-ahead to find a new team.

And with Arsenal keen on signing a new creative playmaker to replace Ozil, a move for Isco has been touted.

However, there are cheaper options out there, and Emile Smith-Rowe has looked impressive in the number ten role recently.

Daily Star says: 4/10 - Shouldn't be a priority.

Arsenal want Ryan Christie

Another player Arsenal are interested in is Celtic’s Ryan Christie, according to reports.

The 25-year-old is under contract until 2022, and has attracted attention from Leicester City and Southampton.

He currently seems unlikely to renew his deal, with fans fearing the worst over his future.

Much like with Isco, however, Arteta might be better off putting his faith in Smith-Rowe, with Celtic unlikely to sell Christie on the cheap despite his contractual status.

Daily Star says: 4/10 - Better options out there.
