Television presenter Christine Lampard was back on our screens this morning as she stepped for Lorraine Kelly to present her ITV breakfast show.
Frank Lampard's bubbly wife welcomed Coronation Street actress Tina O'Brien to the show this morning.
Soap babe Tina, who has played Sarah Platt in Corrie on and off since 1999, appeared on Lorraine on Friday to talk about the latest gossip from Weatherfield.
Coronation Street aired the world's first ever socially distanced stunt earlier this week.
In an effort to adhere to social distancing measures, soap bosses decided to use a mannequin during a car crash scene with Tina's character Sarah and Gary Windass.
Wednesday night's episode of Corrie saw Gary (Mikey North) push Sarah out of the way of an oncoming van, saving her life in a moment of panic.
In reality, actor Mikey pushed over a shop mannequin that had been dressed in Sarah's clothing, ensuring the co-stars never came in contact.
Speaking to Christine this morning, Tina said: "We had only been back in work a short amount of time and they decided they wanted to shoot the stunt.
"The weather we struggled with when we filmed the stunt scene.
"I was having to do my own wet hair continuity which involved me sticking my hand in a puddle and wetting my hair.
She added: "I'm missing our incredible make-up team. They are on hand to help us to make sure we're doing the continuity correctly but they can't touch us."
In order to make the mannequin look more like actress Tina, the set department was forced to saw her legs in half, reducing her height by several inches.
A photo shared by the official Coronation Street makeup department's Instagram showed Tina standing next to the dummy, who towered above her in height.
The caption read: "Only mannequins were harmed in the process of making the first socially distanced stunt! "@tinaob83 meeting her body double."
Speaking about Sarah's future with Gary, Tina revealed that there is still more drama to come from the former lovers.
The soap babe said: ""It's really going off at the moment.
"On Fridays episode, Gary is found on the floor and we don't know if he will survive.
She added: "Sarah decides she wants to keep it quiet for a while but Tyrone seen her running away from Gary."
"Sarah and Adam [Barlow] have only been married two minutes. It's not looking good."
Coronation Street continues on ITV tonight at 7.30pm
