And Emily's team member singer Tom Grennan was put in the spotlight for a game called Can Tom Grennan Keep Grinning?
Keith, the comedy persona of Leigh Francis, confronted Tom with a bunch of horrible situations, including an awful smell, an electric cow prod and a mouthful of hot sauce.
But it was the final one – a Tom Grennan tribute act – that left even Emily horrified.
The unnamed man entered the studio and started singing and dancing, but it was soon revealed that his trousers were undone and his penis was hanging out.
Emily screamed in horror as Tom tried his best to keep on grinning.
The new episode was the first to have Emily and Laura as team captains instead of Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton, who both quit the show.
And viewers at home were loving the revamped feel of the show, with it getting brand new opening credits too.
One tweeted: "Both Emily Atack and Laura Whitmore are worthy successors to Holly and Fearne. Bringing a new vibe to Celebrity Juice, long may they continue."
Another said: "Watching Keith Lemon, Emily Atack and Laura Whitmore on Celebrity Juice is everything I need right now. Proper funny."
A third wrote: "Loving Emily Atack and Laura Whitmore as the new team captains on Celebrity Juice."
Emily was playing with classic Celeb Juice guest Will Mellor and singer Tom Grennan on her team.
Meanwhile, Laura's team was made up of Strictly star Clara Amfo and comedian Jimmy Carr.
Emily and Tom shared a bit of a flirt at the start of the show, with him admitting he likes an "older lass".
Laura laughed: "I thought we were gonna be a few shows in before this happened."
And Clara said she would absolutely not fall victim to the Strictly Curse.
She told Keith: "I'm not sh**ging anybody on that show, can I categorically say that now?"
The radio DJ is paired with hunky Aljaz Skorjanec this year, who is married to fellow Strictly pro Janette Manrara.
