Emmerdale fans were left fuming with Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) on Thursday night after he messed around his new love interest.
Aaron was feeling sorry for himself after he received a letter confirming his decree absolute had gone through, meaning his divorce from Robert Sugden, who is in prison, was finalised.
Aaron had been due to go on a kayaking date with new character Ben Tucker (Simon Lennon), but cancelled on him just minutes before they were meant to meet.
He then raged at his little sister Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) after she told him off for messing Ben around.
Viewers were left fuming with Aaron, saying it was time for him to get over murderer Robert.
One annoyed viewer said: "The divorce has come through. Time to move on Aaron."
Another said: "I agree with Liv! Silly and unfair of Aaron what he just said to her, but the divorce papers are more of a reason to move on."
A third tweeted: "Aaron and Ben [sad face emoji] I hope they still get together."
Someone else laughed: "So Aaron is now legally free to sh** Big Boy Ben's brains out."
While a fifth scolded: "Aaron that was harsh."
When Liv turned up to tell Aaron off, she made it clear she thought it was time for him to move on too.
She said: "Look, it was going to happen at some point, maybe it's for the best.
"I don't get it, last letter he sent you accepted it, you were ready to move on.
"I get you're upset, but if you think it's an excuse to mess someone around, you need a reality check."
Aaron wasn't listening, instead mentioning Liv's complicated love life, as the asexual lass is currently dealing with romantic interest from Vinny (Bradley Johnson).
Liv told her brother: "Start dealing with it rather than starting on everyone you know and who loves you."
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays on ITV
