The BBC Radio 1 DJ gave West End star Ruthie Henshall a foot massage as part of a prank, with Vernon Kay watching on in amusement.
Making sure Ruthie kept the challenge to herself, the Jester threatened: "‘Be warned, if the other celebrities smell a rat it’s game over."
Opening up in the Telegraph, Ruthie admitted: “I couldn’t believe my luck, just after the Jester spoke to me in walked Vernon and Jordan so I thought I’m just going to go for it.”
Moments later, Ruthie could be seen wearing a navy anorak, as she returned to the spooky portrait on the wall for her next command.
While consulting the portrait, her jacket grabbed attention, as Jordan's name was emblazoned across the back in white lettering.
Taking to Twitter, eagle-eyed fans pointed out the jacket swap, as they wondered why the pair had traded their overcoats.
One said: "Is it just me or does that person in Jordan's jacket look nothing like Our Jordan?"
"Why is she wearing Jordan's jacket?" wondered a second.
And a third joked: "Ruthie gets 1 foot massage off Jordan and next thing we know she's wearing his jacket."
Later in the episode, Jordan made his teammates proud as he took on yet another trial – bringing home a whopping 12 stars.
Thanks to Jordan's bravery, the celebs enjoyed a swish dinner of roasted squirrel meat and shitake mushrooms, topped off with dragonfruit for dessert.
Chuffed with the result, Jordan remarked: “I’m absolutely buzzing.
"Let me tell you. There’s no better feeling coming back to camp on your own and telling all your campmates you got 12 stars.
"Their reaction was better than what I imagined. I’m elated. I’m so happy.”
Praising her teammate, Jessica Plummer added: "We're all just so proud of him. Forget the food, it's not about the food.
"Jordan, vomit off the side of a cliff edge Jordan, got a full house all by himself. It's incredible.”
I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV.
