Andrea McLean was in the anchor's seat this afternoon alongside panellists Stacey, Judi Love and Nadia Sawalha.
Conversation quickly turned to Stacey's latest Instagram post telling her Instagram followers that she is "doomed" to suffer with anxiety as she recalled a panic attack which left her "freaked out".
Former I'm A Celeb champ Stacey, 30, told her 2.8 million followers she had been struggling with her anxiety in a recent social media post.
In a candid clip she revealed she was left breathless by a panic attack.
The mother-of-three said she felt "doomed" by her anxiety and asked fans if they had also suffered.
She said: "I am pretty sure doom is on the horizon for me.
"Do you ever try and get that full breath and you just can't get there? I can't get there - and it freaks me out."
Stacey continued her conversation about her mental health on today's edition of Loose Women.
Speaking about the clip she posted on social media, Stacey said: "It's not as dramatic as it sounds.
"Sometimes I get this feeling I go to take a sigh and I can't reach the top bit of the sigh."
ITV viewers were left divided as Stacey opened up about her personal journey with mental health.
One Loose Women fan said: "Stacey, I get the exact same thing."
Another added: "Opening up about battling with anxiety and depression is such an honest, personal brave thing to do and I applaud anyone who opens up about their mental health battles. Well done Stacey."
A third penned: "Do Loose Women ever stop talking about Stacey?"
A fourth moaned: "I often recline on my sofa in a pair of eyelashes and Instagram myself when I’m stressed out."
Following her Instagram post, Stacey revealed the kind support from fans is keeping her "mind off" her anxiety.
She penned: "“Put the pickles to bed, reading your messages and they're taking my mind off it.
“Loads of you saying yawn (I can't) so I'm laying on the floor trying to yawn while playing with the plinth drawers because they make me happy.
"Shoe cupboard definitely helped... I'm sitting on the sofa with a mint tea, cuddling Theo (animals help me feel calm) watching a funny movie.
"I'm going to get a note pad and write down my thoughts and also start planning dressing room organisation and hopefully by the end of all that I'm able to take a full breath."
Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm
