Kaye Adams, Nadia, Carol McGiffin and Jane Moore discussed marrying their partners after airing a throwback clip of Carol saying she wouldn't have married her then husband Chris Evans if she knew she wouldn't be able to divorce him back in 2003.
When Kaye asked Nadia what she thought, she admitted that she and Mark wouldn't be together now if they hadn't got married and had their two daughters.
She said: "Mark and I would've been split up if we hadn't got married and had children.
"When it was difficult, I would've walked away many times, and he probably when I went into menopause considered walking away.
"But we made that commitment and I am so glad we did because now we have an incredible relationship, which at points, has been very difficult to get there.
"I would've been out."
Kaye replied: "It's interesting that it was the marriage that kept you."
Nadia said: "Well not just that, it's part of it. It's the commitment."
The presenter and former EastEnders star also said that her wedding day was the happiest day of her life, as she was pregnant with her eldest daughter Maddy on the big day.
Nadia and Mark wed in 2002 and have daughters Maddy and Kiki together.
Meanwhile, Carol opened up about her comments about Chris, who she was married to from 1991 to 1998, revealing she knew something was missing.
She added that she wouldn't say the same thing about her current husband Mark Cassidy, adding: "It's totally different this time.
"I can't believe I said that out loud back then, but I knew when I married my first husband that it wasn't gong to be forever, I knew that.
"I knew it wasn't quite right, so I just went along with it, weirdly, knowing I could get out of it, which is completely wrong.
"And then I did everything to try to keep it together and not have it end, but I couldn't stop it.
"But luckily it was allowed, but no I would still have married Mark 100%, because you just know."
Loose Women continues on Monday at 12.30pm on ITV.
