Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha melted the hearts of her followers yesterday after stripping off for a string of Instagram snaps.
The former EastEnders actress has no qualms when it comes to opening up about her body issues and has documented her journey on social media and on television.
Stripping down to just a tiny bra and matching pants, the 55-year-old looked sensational as she opened up on how she nails a pose without a filter or heavy lighting.
The former BBC's The One Show presenter encouraged women to be proud of their body and to also embrace any lumps and bumps.
Taking to her Instagram grid, she posed for an array of sultry snaps wearing a white bra, emblazoned with black palm trees and a pair of lacy black knickers.
Revealing that all she did was pose in a different way, Nadia said: "WARNING WOMAN SHOWING CELLULITE !!
"Check out @danaemercer brilliantly honest insta versus real-life pics showing how the difference of light and pose can change everything about the way we look!
"She was my inspiration for doing these pics... Honestly, all I did was change the lighting and the pose and look at the difference!! All taken within minuted of each other!"
The television personality added: "It's all smoke and mirrors. I would do anything to have the years back that I wasted.
"Obsessing about my 'flaws' the only thing that was actually flawed was my 'stinking thinking'.
"I work every day at being more accepting of my beautiful warts and all body."
Signing off, she added: "Dare to bare girls!! It feels so good when you do. And you will honestly be at a loss as to why you didn’t do it sooner!!!
"Who will dare to bear?!? Free the fear and do it anyway! I promise you won't look back."
Shortly after uploading the candid post, the comment section was alight with compliments from gushing fans and friends.
Fellow Loose Woman, Denise Welch said: "You're amazing Nadia Sawalha."
While one fan went on to add: "Love love love how real you are, thank you from every insecure woman/teenage girl in the world."
A second commented: "You are so inspiring."
"You know what? You're bloody fabulous," gushed a third.
