Love Island hunk Jamie Jewitt, who appeared on the show in 2017, has taken to Instagram to show off his "dad bod".
The reality star, who is dating Love Island co-star Camilla Thurlow, took to Instagram to tell his following that he had put on four stone since appearing on the dating show.
Now weighing in at 16.5 stone, Jamie said he is looking to overhaul his lifestyle in 2021.
He shared that he didn't want to drop all the way down to the weight he was on Love Island, however, he was "not happy" with the amount of weight he had put on.
Jamie, 30, shared: "For those asking. During Love Island I was 80kg. 4 stone and 25kg lighter than I am now.
"I don't want to be that thin again as I personally feel better a little heavier."
Jamie also shared a snap of himself topless, which he captioned: "Dad bod diaries!
"This is me yesterday at 105.5kg. Roughly 16 1/2 stone."
Jamie said that he'd be regularly posting snaps for his 'Dad bod diaries' as he documents his weight loss in 2021.
The dad-of-one will be regularly sharing an insight into his daily meals and exercise routine.
He will also talk about becoming a YFood ambassador.
As well as taking the decision to overhaul his health and fitness this year, Jamie has had another huge lifestyle change.
He and Camilla welcomed their first child together in October – a daughter they named Nell.
Jamie shared that he was "loving parent life".
Sharing snaps a week after Nell's birth, Jamie penned: "After all of life’s ups and downs I can honestly say this morning brought on a monumental change of perspective.
"From this day forward I promise to be the very best version of myself for you and your mum and do my best to give you both everything you could possibly ask for."
