The Masked Singer Skin, frontwoman of Skunk Anansie, was the latest celebrity to be revealed during the double-elimination on Saturday's show.
During the episode, the musician – real name Deborah Anne Dyer – shocked the panel, especially guest judge Kelly Osbourne, when she unveiled herself as Duck.
Appearing on the latest instalment of Loose Women, the star opened up about staying tight-lipped about her involvement in the show, and admitted the larger-than-life costume made it difficult for her to breathe.
Joining the panelists, Skin praised the "bonkers and totally addictive" programme.
"I signed up for the show because no one in their right mind would be like 'Is it Skin? No no.'"
With privacy a big deal on the show, the 52-year-old admitted she wasn't allowed to tell her bandmates.
"I couldn’t tell them. My bass player told me a story about the time his sister was in the kitchen and heard this voice on the TV, and she said it was me. He nearly fell over! I would have loved to see his face.
Skin went onto explain how the oversized duck head limited her airflow during her performances.
"It’s quite awful," she admitted. "It's a bit like heaven and hell.
"Inside the head was a bunch of fans and you can’t really breathe as you're trying to sing.
Opening up about her decision to go on the show, Skin explained the duck costume was the selling point.
"When they asked I had to give it a minute. I was kind of not sure about it.
"And then they said there was one more character and it’s a Duck. I didn't want to be anything cool or cute."
Loose Women continues on ITV at 12:30pm.
