This Morning viewers were left scratching their heads today as Lizzie Cundy appeared in costume – before promptly disappearing.
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield sat down with Dr Ranj Singh to do the medical segment, as he dished out advice on heart health.
But the trio was petrified when they realised Lizzie Cundy was sitting in between them, spookily swaying back-and-forth on a rocking chair.
The TV personality was dressed as a haunting china doll, complete with blonde ringlets and a frilly dress.
Confused, Holly remarked: "You look great…"
The This Morning host asked why she wasn't dressed in The Wizard of Oz theme – in honour of the film's 80th anniversary – like everyone else in the studio.
Looking a little lost, Lizzie picked up her chair and started to walk off the set, clambering over the hosts.
Phil remarked "off you go" before adding that she "came the difficult way" as he watched her struggle with the hefty rocking chair.
On Twitter, viewers couldn't understand why Lizzie had been on the show and wondered why she had left the set so suddenly.
One asked: "And she got paid for that two seconds?"
A second added: "What the b**** hell was Lizzy Cundy doing on This Morning?"
While a third remarked: "Waste of airtime…"
Every other This Morning star dressed the part, with Holly appearing as Dorothy and Phillip transforming into a convincing scarecrow.
Alison Hammond pulled it out of the bag when she appeared on set as The Courageous Lion, complete with raggedy fur and a fierce snout.
On top of that, Trinny Woodall dressed head-to-toe in silver as The Tin Man while Peter Andre appeared as an Aussie Wizard of Oz.
This Morning continues on weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
