As they spoke about whether men feel like they need to be a breadwinner in the relationship, Olly said: "I think you've got to be supportive, if my girlfriend said to me tomorrow we're going to have kids and I'm going to stay at home and have kids, great, no problem.
"If she wants to have them and get back to work as soon as possible, great, no problem."
Stacey chimed in: "You're talking about kids a lot today Olly."
A red-faced Olly quickly replied: "I was just joining in - no I'm expecting in nine months," as he held his stomach.
He also spoke about having children earlier in the show, as he said: "Don't get me wrong, I know I'm really lucky to have the house I live in.
"But if we and Amelia were to have kids, I would be happy staying at home."
Stacey replied: "I like this narrative."
Olly and Amelia, who works for a London bank and is also a bodybuilder, first got together in the summer last year.
During the show today, he admitted she had a go at him for being "wishy washy" about their romance whilst they were dating.
He revealed that they'd been dating for a while when he told he couldn't see her anymore, but said he would text her "every two weeks or so" to keep her on the back burner.
Mark Wright then revealed that Olly told him that he was seeing other girls whilst dating Amelia, but he was determined to make their relationship work.
However, it seems the pair are happier than ever as they moved in together during lockdown, with Olly revealing she has been the breadwinner whilst he has been recovering from his leg injuty.
Loose Women continues on Monday at 12.30pm on ITV.
