Piers posted a ferocious tweet on social media, sharing the rant with his 7.6m Twitter followers.
He raged: "Great to see 'fearless' @MattHancock back in the @GMB studios just now. Just a shame he waited until we were off air so he could sneak onto This Morning's sofa, 30 feet away from our desk.
"He's boycotted us for 146 days. History won't be kind to our gutless Health Secretary."
His followers rushed to leave a comment in response to his rant, divided in their opinions.
One disagreed with the ITV presenter as they said: "Piers, he was given the opportunity to answer the questions asked by Holly and Phil. What difference does it make if he goes on GMB or This Morning?"
While another wrote: "Give him a break, Holly and Phil asking the questions we want to hear and giving him the chance to answer. It kept me listening!"
Other Twitter users supported Piers in his rage, as one wrote: "He didn't answer the questions, he waffled on We are none the wiser. Although we do know he sleeps at night."
"You shoulda made a surprise guest appearance on this morning with him", penned another.
During Monday's episode of GMB, Piers embarked on a fiery rant about Matt Hancock after he claimed government ministers failed to appear on the ITV show for 146 days.
Piers was raging that the Health Secretary agreed to go on This morning but not GMB, and he said he wanted to ask Hancock questions he believed the public deserved to know the answers to.
He said: "I'd ask him why they stopped community testing, why they didn't have enough PPE, what's this protective ring around care homes when they let positive coronavirus cases back in.
"I'd ask him why did we let 20 million people fly in during the height of this pandemic, why did we then bring in quarantine.
"I'd like to ask him about masks because he said we shouldn't wear them and now we should.
"I'd ask him why in every stage of this pandemic has he made woefully wrong decisions."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV, while This Morning broadcasts weekdays at 10am on ITV.
