Injured Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell is still buzzing acts off from his TV shows – while in bed with a broken back.

Bosses have sent him a giant red buzzer to play with while recovering at home from his horror bike accident.

He can now keep an eye on his show America’s Got Talent - which is back on air - on a TV screen in his bedroom.

And although he is unfit to be there in person on the judging panel, he can press his big red buzzer at acts he hates.

Simon will still be able to buzz off acts while he is recovering at home

A source close to TV’s Mr Nasty said: “It’s going to take time to heal from the accident but that hasn’t stopped Simon from working!”

Cowell was trying out a new electric bike last weekend at his Malibu home in front of girlfriend Lauren Silverman and son Eric when he fell and broke his back in three places.

Doctors have fitted a metal rod in his back and he has been ordered to rest.

Since filming has resumed on AGT, he was determined to see what fellow judges Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Sofía Vergara were up to and whether he agreed with their choices.

Cowell is not recuperating alone.

His pet rescue dog Daisy had to undergo a hip operation last week and is now recovering alongside him in the bed.

And the other pooches Squiddly and Diddly and Freddie are keeping him company too.
