The 43-year-old Good Morning Britain star spoke about the romance speculation while being interviewed by Claudia Winkleman moments after making it through to the next round.
Giovanni, 30, revealed they would dance the passionate Argentine Tango next week as he teased their next performance.
He said the dance would focus on the "passion between them".
Ranvir quickly jumped in as she joked: "You're going to spark those rumours again mate."
She then cheekily added: "It's doing great things for my reputation, I don't mind those rumours."
Viewers adored Ranvir and Giovanni's incredible Cha Cha, and they were thrilled to hear the pair were doing the Argentine Tango next.
They took to Twitter, showering the Strictly duo with love and support.
One said: "Ooooo I CAN'T wait for that!! haha she mentioned the rumours. Bring on Gio and Ranvir doing the argentine tango!"
While another wrote: "Ranvir and Gio doing an Argentine Tango oh yes!!! I can't wait to see that", with three flame emojis.
"Love Ranvir and Gio, so glad they are through", gushed a third.
Ranvir recently heaped praise on her Strictly partner again after showering him with compliments previously.
She spoke about how he's helped her boost her confidence on the show, telling The Sun: "I've never danced on live TV before, but Gio just tells me to forget about everyone else and focus on what we're doing.
"To be honest, I love the pressure, and I think that probably does come from what I do in my day job, doesn't it? Everything is now or never."
It's not the first time Ranvir has spoken highly of her Italian partner, as she complimented him in a Instagram post.
Sharing a photo of them in the 1960s garb for Strictly's Movie Week, Ranvir said: "Giovanni literally gets out of bed and looks like that [eye-roll emoji] and that's not even a joke [flame emoji]."
Strictly continues next Saturday on ITV.
